This is especially true when it comes to anal play. Sierra emphasizes the importance of discussing desires and boundaries with your partner before trying anything new. She suggests starting with external play and gradually working up to penetration with toys or butt plugs. Lubrication is crucial, and Sierra recommends using a thicker lubricant that stays in place, such as silicone or water-based lubricants. It's important to take time and be comfortable with anal play, as it can be a gradual and enjoyable experience. Sierra explains the physical benefits of butt play for vulva owners, describing how it can enhance pleasure during penetration. She also suggests using a clitoral toy to help relax and get in the mood.Overall, the key to making anal play a pleasurable experience is to approach it with an open and willing mindset, communicate with your partner, and take it slow. The Open Bedroom: what changed
Your words, unchanged: everything here is from your Open Bedroom pages and your podcast feed. Layout and button labels are mine. Tap around on your phone; every page is real.
What you asked for
- Coaching is off. No session prices, no Pricing & Reviews page, no booking link, no Work With Me. Your client reviews were about coaching, so they're off too (easy to put back on About if you want them).
- Podcast-led. The home page leads with the show and the newest episode. Episodes lists all 193 Open Bedroom episodes, through EP#233 (13 Oct 2026), searchable. Each one plays right on the page, and "Listen in your app" opens its Spotify for Creators page, where listeners can play it or pick Spotify, Apple Podcasts or Pocket Casts.
- Fills itself from your feed. When you publish on Spotify for Creators, the site picks it up within a day. Nothing to update by hand.
- Kept: the Opening Up guide opt-in, the email sign-up, and your About. Since you aren't sending a newsletter right now, I took "weekly" off the sign-up so it doesn't promise a schedule.
- Real text, not images, everywhere, so it reads on phones and search engines can see it.
- Completely separate from Growth Spurt: no shared logo, menu, footer or blog.
Things I noticed on the current setup
- theopenbedroom.com forwards to jenniferkayloruscin.com, which shows a Cloudflare error (1014) instead of a site. Checked again today.
- The Opening Up guide page shows the Growth Spurt logo and menu, and its footer says "Jennifer Kaylo Ruscin Enterprises".
- The Kajabi podcast page stops at episode 126. Your feed is at 233.
- Your Open Bedroom feed still carries 39 old retail episodes from 2020 to 2022, from before the show was renamed. They're left off this site. You may want to unpublish them from The Open Bedroom on Spotify for Creators.
Questions for you
- Domain: you own theopenbedroom.com (GoDaddy). Use it for this site? And is jenniferkayloruscin.com retired, or should it forward here?
- Patreon: your current podcast page links a Patreon. Still active? If so I'll add it to the footer.
- Newsletter sign-up: keep it on the site, so you have a list ready for an email blast (say, for an advertising partnership), or take it off until you're sending? If it stays, sign-ups are saved for you to export.
- Anything else to drop or add?
